Shamisen update!
My first class starts in about a week, but I have been watching some videos online, started to learn about tuning, holding and striking with the Bachi (spatula looking plectrum), and trying to learn my way around the strings, etc. Here’s a rough “Sakura, Sakura” ….followed by a rough Descendents “Silly Girl” playing with my fingers which is much more familiar for me coming from bass guitar.
