Okay, the UK votes in all the members of the House of Commons, on July Fourth. Labour is likely to have a majority win over the Conservatives who are currently in charge. Do I have that right?
What confuses me is what political parties are represented. Are all the official parties fielding candidates? And is there a list of the political parties? The articles I've found only talk about the top two parties, and leaders Sunak and Starmer.
