Advantages of PP:
- the weight of a follow is proportional to the PP and inversely proportional to the size of the follow list. (those that follow 5k people have less impact than those that follow 500, given the same PP)
- PP give u information about everyone u are connected to, not just 2 hops. (However, by how it works it favours people closer to u). This means it can be used in recommendations systems
