But when you say 'this' - its a measure that most farms will not be effected by, especially if their net worth is effected by mortgage debt as this would also reduce their exposure - so referring you back to my earlier reply, any gamer whose net worth for IHT comes out at over £3m is rich.... if this does nor include most farmers who (as you say are actually net-poor) then their anger is being manipulated as the measures do not effect them!
