yeah, at this point, not so great... i think that the digestive problems are a big part of why there is an issue, i think that there is a reasonable amount in most kinds of sour juices and i drink some of those

i'm pretty sure that this part of it is mostly corrected now, and simply having a reasonable portion of my dietary salt be potassium chloride mostly is enough... coconut milk also has a very high percentage, in fact when you have tasted a solution of potassium chloride you will agree that it resembles coconut water a lot... and there is a number of other vegetables that have quite a bit, i think notably tomato, cucumber and capsicum at least

oh and there is a fair bit in milk too, and i'm busy fermenting yogurt that will be my fast breaker in probably 4 days time

oh yeah, and, i forgot to add one last point in there

the Jack Kruse document https://jackkruse.com/what-is-peripheral-neuropathy/ states that the recovery from this condition takes around 18 months, which i'm not surprised about

i am sure i already have a moderate improvement in my kidney function already from fixing the potassium problem but obviously this is a long term thing and i need to try to maintain the progress

i had even had such advance that i was seriously about to start doing resistance training but slipped back with the beers and potato chips and so i will have to try to maintain this, and the fast helps reset the system, and i may need to seriously consider fasting more often to get more of that benefit, it really flipped things over into a better state once the ketosis fully kicked in, and i was in it like 2 days before it started to fade, and it improved my condition for more than a month
