So I watched the TV show #TheWire recently and found it really good, very authentic and realistic but also enjoyable to watch. The dialogues are 👌! Now I'm watching a more recent show and it seems so predictable, at least by contrast ("Justified " - do not recommend)
Any recommendations for something as "well done" as The Wire?
Something like Deadwood maybe? Suits or Mad Men are pretty good on that front too, but they really don't have the same authenticity.
