Going through a really strange difficult time and I'm not sure exactly why. Doing all the stuff I know I should do, therapy, communication, rest, etc. But honestly I'm not okay now. I'll be okay but not now. I'm very lost, and that comes after a very long joyful time, stressful but successful time in my life. It's like I'm grieving but I don't know what. I try to keep going, focus on work and art but rest as much as I need. Love you all here who support me in my journey, thank you ❤️
