If an ant is in the wrong place not doing the things that need to be done, or just not applying her particular skills effectively, someone will pick her up or lead her by the mandible, carry her to where she belongs and can be helpful and needed.

I do envy them at times, you know?

Like if you found a construction worker struggling to do press conferences you'd just pick them up & take them to the work site. Or maybe you'd get picked up and plopped down somewhere where you were more needed.
