That’s happened to me before, usually when I try to follow lots of people in a short period of time, but idk why it happens. It usually starts working again if you just wait a little bit and don’t try to follow a bunch of people. Not sure about the relays. Not sure if you’re sending these notes on Damus but if not, are you sure you’re logged into Damus with your priv key and not just your npub?
