Someone just yesterday suggested a sorting algorithm that shows the most recent post from each person you follow, rather than the most recent of all chronological posts
Who was that? It’s a great idea.
Might need a tweak or two for old content - either only showing posts going back # of days, or not showing the same post more than # times (although would that require trackers and shit?).
Then, within “most recent per person”, it could be sorted and/or filtered by the people you engage with the most, or just one from literally everyone (probably not that), or within a particular list of favorite follows…
Even cooler if the user can customize that configuration 🔥

quoting note12sh…e26mWe are working on a bunch of new feeds at Primal. They will all be open source and exposed in a public feed marketplace (as DVMs). In addition, all Primal clients will support 3rd party feeds via the same mechanism. This already works great in Amethyst; nice work Vitor Pamplona (npub1gcx…nj5z).
If you have suggestions for feeds you'd like to see, let us know and we'll try to make them! 🫡
