Double day. Needed take in all the ☀️. Felt easy after the “Vertical Sunday” session this morning. Happy with the HR staying low (98% in Z2, only the last ascent pushed me into Z3) and leg turnover happing automatically without a lot of effort. Total of 31km and 1300m of EG for today. 😎 Hope your Sunday was also productive and enjoyable. #trailrunning #running
