The question then becomes what is best to spend one's time on. Pick something, and stick to it. You will get better at it, which will mean you will accomplish even more on it in the same time interval as previously.
There are infinite things out there that I enjoy, compilers, mesh routing, wire formats, data structure designing, library writing, drivers....
Time is the scarcest resource. Use it well, and don't forget to look beyond your keyboard now and then; there are more important things too than just code 🍷
