For example, a few days ago, I decided to virtualize a small physical OpenBSD server that serves as a router/firewall and handles various other tasks. On the same hardware (an old APU), I installed FreeBSD and ran OpenBSD as a bhyve VM. I pinned it to a core, and at this point, I have so many resources still available that I can do additional backups, etc.
Having a lightweight virtualization solution is the key to using it more (and better).
