This is an interesting idea, but I see two small flaws:
1. why should they be easy to remove if they worth in winter and summer? If they don't need to be removed, why not have a more permanent installation process (bolts and etc.)
2. the window lands on top of it, and it has about 5cm thickness. This means that there will be gaps on both sides of it. They could have added some flaps to cover the gap but I don't see such part in their design.
And one question:
What is noise level
