Bah. Still too many people at the gym. And they've discovered the circuit training area.
The area is for a quick workout - 30 seconds on a machine, 30 seconds cardio, and in 30 minutes you've hit the main spots. Not a thorough workout, but good for when you don't have a lot of time.
Except the newbies invaded, filling up the machines for their multiple sets, and I could only get to 4 of 12 machines.
The sit-up area was full of people doing sit-ups, but I can' be mad about that.
