Well...man, it was cold out on the first ride since i did it in shorts and just a regular hat...so when I got back here, I was shivering from it and had a heck of a time warming up..so, after lunch of potato soup, I dragged out my medium winter clothes with a knit cap to cover my ears and went back out..that was better but I still can't figure out why I was so cold today when it was the same temp as yesterday and no problem then, hmmm..heating pad for the back pain now and soccer in a bit
