This kinda threw a wrench into my development plans, but... after about half a year of searching, I finally got a decent flat!
Will be moving next week.
Commute time will decrease from 1h 20m to 25 minutes which is a huuuuge difference, neighborhood seems to be quiet *and* there is a working fiber link. I can get either the cheapest option - 5Gb/s down and 700Mb/s up for 30EUR, or 8Gb/s symmetric for 40 EUR.
I'll finally be able to work on my projects, instead of juggling local trees to save on data usage on 4G connection with 200GB cap. Can't believe I'll finally have normal uplink again lol.
