I know you can be charged with a crime for knowingly infecting someone with HIV but I’m very skeptical we will ever get there with COVID given it’s airborne. Too hard to prove where you got it. But when people purposefully cough on you in public or go into crowded places when they KNOW they’re positive? That really shouldn’t be allowed.
