They have no way to track them, as far as I know. What, are you going to arrest an alien for dodging the draft? What qualifies as a "resident"? Will you deport, or throw someone into the meat grinder? Likely the latter, but still, beaners who came here for an easy life on the White man's dime aren't going to go so quietly.
