The Intel 13th/14th generation has some serious issues, the postmortem on this is going to be fascinating. Obviously there was a serious failure in their testing and validation processes. But it's been over a year since this has been an issue, I find it very hard to believe that Intel doesn't know exactly what's wrong by now.
