By Meta not giving users what they want (breaking news, local content, politics, social topics, a “for you” feed that's actually for you, and simply a safe space to be heard), it's become a firehose of low-quality posts ranging from stupid questions, hot takes, dunks, bullying, and content theft from randos desperately trying to farm engagement and followers with many hoping to get paid one day.
