Multi-material printing on the Bambu is incredibly wasteful, it turns out. Using a cheaper plain PLA as supports for PLA-CF. I didn’t think about how it needs to change filament every layer and how that’d mean another little bit of each filament in the “waste bucket” and another layer on the “waste tower.”
I’ll measure after but I think I’ll have used just as much waste filament as the mass of the print and the supports. #3dprinting
