How does total anarchy, rebellion, and complete dissolution of ordered capitalistic society not happen with 100% certainty in the face of Day Zero -- when taps run completely dry of water in a major city of millions?
I doubt if collectively everyone goes into survival mode and start harvesting the resources available gatekept by finances that any capitalists stand a chance.
