Found out the second time when adding a new line. After an hour in the store, "we can't... you'll have to move to a new plan". From $40 a line to nearly 70! For the privilege of 5G, which 2 of our lines can't use as they're older phones. No wonder they have money to burn.
Moved to an MVNO. Worse coverage, but costs half our legacy plan. I'd rather put up with this than give Verizon another dime.
