I get that you don't like it, but the argument has not led to your feared outcome -- and DeWine's veto statement certainly isn't going to be the thing that changes that. (I also think you're looking at one sentence from the veto statement and not all he said, given his discussion of medical providers and reliance on Children's Hospital for his decision.)
