Hi! High-quality posts don't show up in all clients, but replies can, depending on what client the person replying is using.

Notifications in Olas will show you all the replies only for Olas posts and won't try to show conversations from other use cases of nostr.

Hope that clears it up a bit, I know it's a bit confusing as we're kinda breaking new ground with how these interactions across clients work! 😂
