Can someone explain or direct me to an intelligible explainer about Brics Pay, wtf this decetralized dao is, and how they are going to value the unified currency? the Brics pay website seems to suggest that its a currency exhange where the parties set their own rates for exchange. That doesn't sound like a unified currency it sounds like a currency market. #asknostr
