I found out that Mastodon does refresh accounts after 24 hours. I thought it was already a full 24 hours. But let's wait until those posts say "2d" before I do anything else:

last_webfingered_at.nil? || last_webfingered_at <= 1.day.ago

If it just takes 24 hours to fix it, it's much easier to wait it out than for me to write the insane script I need to write to fix this. So let's see.
