Therefore, if using DHCP, ensuring the DHCP server sends the DNS server as the IP of AdGuard, that should capture most requests.
For any others, you should be able to define a firewall rule that redirects all outbound requests on the LAN on port 53 to the AdGuard IP also.
If this still doesn't make sense, I obviously need more coffee and missed the context somewhere.
