My main complaint with Coinbase was how difficult and expensive they made it to withdraw "your" crypto (e.g. into self-custody). I recall them demanding I answer why I was doing it, but only gave radio button answers that didn't cover me and had no "other".
And of course ratting you out to the rulers. I don't love that.
