There's a show in Ireland called Mrs. Brown's Boys where this guy dresses up in drag and pretends to be a working-class Dublin mother and I've never ever watched it in my life because it looks shit. But I had a sort of epiphany that it's basically just the Madea character for Dublin/Ireland, and how I view it is basically how I'd imagine black people view the Madea movies.
