Calling all Bens:
I have an old 2TB WD optical external storage drive - a bit over 1/2 full.
I want to open a particular Word document file, but when I try, it refuses. The cause is "cyclic redundancy check." (The file opened fine a few days ago - and other files open ok). I've run the "repair errors" thing 3x. To no avail.
Any idea how to get the file to open?
Thanks
