I had to look up what a sigma personality trait was thanks to my ninth grade class only to find out there's alpha personalities, betas, Deltas, gammas, zetas and so on.
I also discovered enneagram personality mapping when a friend referred to herself as a "4"
Am I the only one that thinks all these personality structures are a wad of bulls**t? Is it so hard to understand that the human experience is vast and unique for every person and can hardly be encapsulated by some arbitrary label?
