On Friday, I ordered some hardware from a supplier. I will need it in a couple of days, and I made sure to order only available items. In these cases, delivery happens the next business day (I pick it up directly from their logistics warehouse, which is 50 km away, but I arranged for delivery 4 days in advance). I had planned to go pick it up this afternoon, especially considering the bad weather forecast for the coming days.

This morning, I checked the status of the order, and it shows it's being prepared for next week. I've been trying to contact them by phone all morning, but nothing. I sent an email at 11:30, and still no response.

I really don’t know what to think...
