In early 2020, at the start of the pandemic, I stopped going to the gym and started doing a workout at home every other day. It kept me in good shape during that time, and I still keep it up!
I got really sick a couple of weeks ago though, and had to take my longest break from it ever: two weeks.
Today I'm back at it... and it is kicking my ass. 😆
