She wiped my tear
And made me finally feel okay
I was afraid of losing her that day
That day she told me to wait
I lost my ability to think straight
Felt like I’d been heart raped
Said things I didn’t mean
Showed her a side she hadn’t seen
The fear in me was like toxic waste
