I’m casting on 196 stitches, and I’m putting a stitch marker every 20 stitches to help me keep track of where I am. I don’t remember where I saw this tip, but I’m really grateful for it, even though I do count each set of 20 stitches twice to be certain. But this way I can count 9 stitch markers plus 16 more stitches, and I’ll be good to go.
