the KJV only thing made me do research into the different versions of the KJV and how the current edition of the KJV was made in 1885 instead of 1611 -- 1611 was the first, 1769 modernized spelling and changed the meaning of a couple of verses, and 1885 removed the Apocrypha
I still use KJV but I try to use older versions when I'm doing real research
