(Seriously can't make my mind if it has been a deep tactical move that the thing leaks more useful data for law enforcement than it hides, so is more useful for Feds alive than dead; or that every agency has been hoping that another agency takes the job and they never managed to set up a zoom call between agencies to decide who's gonna do it.)
