I test rode for Indian for a year and a half in northwest Arizona. We had soaker vests that we kept in the freezer, by the halfway point they'd need to be re-soaked.
It's the only thing that can make you remotely comfortable above 118. For reference, the hot wind starts to hurt your knuckles at 113.
