In casting - producers only look for physically attractive applications & others are quickly dumped in first few days of screening applicants. During 1st interview, they look for insecure & desperate for love folks. They don't do background checks. They create situations to create drama, if people are actually getting along well. There's so much more they do & I'm sick of being quiet about their abuses of casts & crews.
