it's amazing somewhere to work at really big companies and realize "holy shit companies with 300 000 people are not a single bit different than an org with 100 people"

Same politics, same things everyone knows are wrong but everyone neglects, same decisions that make you go "wtf like why and like don't", same lack of communication that would solve many of these issues, same wrong priorities as viewed from every different department, I really think it's just inherent to having a company somehow?
