My son has had the hardest time learning to ride a bike without training wheels. Every time we went out has ended in tears.

Until today.

Suddenly something clicked in his head and he found his balance. He went from unable to make it more than a few feet without falling over to riding for minutes uninterrupted across sidewalk, blacktop, grass, you name it.

I know it’s little in the grand scheme but I’m still proud as hell that he kept trying until he got it.
