I know this is a small thing but was anyone else grossed out by #Vance constantly responding to questions and comments by calling out "Norah," "Tim," and "Margaret"? It's the semblance of congeniality and acknowledgment that lays the groundwork for the audacious stream of lies to come. Tom Cotton does it, too. It's this deliberate use of proper names that reeks of smugness, sleeziness, and condescension.
