As much as I enjoy posting about #Bitcoin and interacting with this amazing community, I just had the best few hours in a while with my kid.
We left our phones at home and went to the local beach to swim in Lake Zurich, touch grass, play frisbee, and have a snack at the beach bar. Just like in the good old days. Zero distractions.
And that’s exactly why it’s so important. We often get caught up in the digital world, but nothing beats the simple joys of real life. Moments like these are a reminder to disconnect and enjoy what truly matters.
It’s too damn easy to forget the value of being present when we’re always online, but taking a break brings everything into perspective. These few hours with my kid were priceless, and they’re a reminder that sometimes, the best moments happen when we put our phones down and just live 🧡
… and there are no photos, as we had no phones. Some memories are just for us, kept in our minds, not on our feeds.
It felt very refreshing to experience the moment without the pressure to capture it. Just living in the now, with nothing but the laughter of my kid 🏖️
