Madonna. La Isla Bonita
I'm not a big Madge fan but this mid-80s tune is just great; a fabulous lilting rhythm, a quasi-Spanish arrangement & a great hook. Always goes down well when spun on the decks, and with good reason, its a lovely summer groove which even in the winter raises the spirits.
(that said, Vougue is pretty good too)
