Then I uninstalled Google Chrome and voila. The ram usage went down from 99% to 45%. This shows that Chrome was doing something "shady" in the background.
And You should know that Chrome collects data about everything you do on chrome even if you use priv window or extensions and you can't disable it from self updating. What an evil spyware it is.
