Thank you, I had 1 in mind but then I forgot completely about it. Pushed a fix now.
About 2, yes, I expect, that allows people to publish different follow lists to Lockbox, but it's not necessary to do that, the relay will fetch your follow list from other places automatically (with some huge delay).
