Alas, we have to replace our entire hvac system. But it’ll happen tomorrow, will be 24 years newer than the existing and necessarily much more efficient, we won’t have to rely on a window unit upstairs & our monthly bills ought to drop. Plus Padma utterly charmed the tech who came out. His wife is allergic and he loves cats, so Padma coming up and being all “Hi! You should pet me! I’ll purr very loud I promise.” totally won him over. Just gotta get through tonight. It’s not too bad in here rn 😅
