You aren't giving man any credit for his accomplishments. We are far superior to any other living creature for innovation and art. Bird song is nowhere near as sophisticated as the simplest folk song, much less approaches the mastery of a symphony. No other animal produces sculptures, paintings or literature. Not even cartoons. No other animal has managed to come up with things like travel mechanisms or climate controls (by which i mean HVAC, not weather manipulation). Etc, etc.
